Company ProfileOur client is an established law firm based in Mississauga, Ontario. We are dedicated to providing high quality legal services to clients.
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate lawyer who is a go-getter to join our growing team. We consider all our associates as integral part of the firm and are looking for someone to start ASAP.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience in Real Estate law (residential)
- Proven record of business development an asset
- Proven business relationship with real estate and mortgage brokerages an asset
- Ability to bring in a partial book of business (optional)
- Selfstarter and posses strong research skills and ability to draft efficiently and diligently
- Ability to handle files with mínimal supervision
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work in a fastpaced environment with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to have strong relationships with clients
- Ability to speak in more than one language is a plus
Salary:
Commensurate with experience
