- Able to work as a team and unsupervised, time management, product quality.
- Follow recipes and know how to properly weigh and measure dry and wet ingredients.
- Standing long periods of time.
- Ale to life up to 50 pounds, food safety and proper food handling workplace sanitizing skills are an asset.
Duties:
- Mixing doughs, creams, cakes and cookies.
- Operating oven and industrial mixers and food processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Keep track of inventory and ingredients and products used, put ingredients and supplies away.
