Queen's College established in 1986, registered as private college under Ontario's Private Career Colleges Act in 2005.
Lambton College, a public community college in Ontario, has licensed its curriculum to Queen's College to deliver their programs to international students in Mississauga.
Queen's College is seeking a QA Analyst that will actively participate in the coordination, administration, and control of the Quality Assurance (QA) processes and mechanisms, such as but not limited to Program Advisory Committees (PACs), Program Curriculum Committees (PCCs), Student Forums, and Comprehensive Program Reviews.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance framework to ensure adherence to the educational standards of our public college partner and regulatory bodies.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of educational programs, processes, and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards.
Coordinate and deliver PD sessions to staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Facilitating the preparation and documentation required for external review processes and committees formed by partner organizations.
Work closely with other departments, administrative units, and external stakeholders to adhere to deadlines and other quality assurance tasks.
Assisting with recruiting process for volunteers for the committees.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the overall quality of education and administrative services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, Quality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in quality assurance or pedagogical positions, preferably in the post-secondary educational sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Teams, as well as other project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting focus groups, surveys, and assessments, and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in project management is an asset.
