Job description

The Role

Process policies and documentation in a timely manner
Administrative support to managers and underwriters as required
Contribute to building strong broker relationships by providing excellent customer service
Work effectively towards the goals of the team
Perform other general duties, as required

Job Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient computer skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work within a fastpaced environment
Professional and personable
Demonstrates an interest in learning and building career in the Insurance Industry
