Key Job Responsibilities:

• Smoothing and finishing of drywall surfaces in residential and commercial settings
• Supervising the work of the Drywall Finisher(s) and Labourer(s)
• Ensuring completion of jobs in a timely manner
• Manage inventory and place orders as required
• Communicate daily with President on any personnel issues, progress on jobs, and/or scheduling
• Liaison with clients and contractors as required
• Daily cleanup of job site
• Certifying that all work completed meets Prestige standards
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Qualifications:

• Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's License (vehicle is provided)
• 3+ years' experience in drywall finishing
• Previous experience in lead head role considered an asset, but not required
• Familiar with safety practices
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Working at Heights certification an asset, but will provide training if not
• Authorized to work in Canada

Working conditions may include working at heights, dusty environments, standing, bending and lifting up to 25lbs at a time.
