Arcadis is seeking a Pursuit Leader to join our Mobility Global Business Area (GBA) in Canada. In this role, you will lead In-country

Responsibilities:

Lead pursuit teams in key discussions including development of commercial strategy;
Author technical elements of proposals and develop content that is tailored to the client's requirements and aligned to the win strategy;
Development and effective management of pursuit budget;
Updates to Oracle Sales Cloud and activates pursuit Collaboration Hub site;
Ensure commercial excellence across all pursuit stages;
Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of pursuit processes;
Ability to coordinate with finance and legal teams;
Collaborate with Account Leader on client interactions;
Participate in debriefs and feed lessons learned into other pursuit opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven track record project managing pursuits in the transportation engineering and planning field, developing differentiated offering consistent with win strategy, and developing outcome focused value propositions tailored for each pursuit to improve client experience.
Proven track record in crafting project delivery models that are future proof, healthy for a global and local perspective.
Indirect influence and coordination between internal stakeholders with a willingness to challenge team members.
Creative, innovative, clientfacing 'outofbox' thinker, and effective internal connector.
