Description
We are seeking forBranch Manager for one of our client in BC.
- Lead the team in employing effective selling techniques to foster sales growth through
- Ensure seamless delivery and billing processes by managing direct shipments from suppliers to customers.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through continuous assessment and adjustment,
- Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts among staff, vendors, and customers, fostering positive relationships and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- Manage staffing levels to meet operational requirements, optimizing team efficiency and performance.
- Stay abreast of company products and services, providing comprehensive training to staff to ensure expertise and proficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers and supplier accounts, enhancing partnerships and driving mutual success.
- Provide support and guidance to Inside Sales Representatives and Material Handlers, facilitating their training and development as required.
- Prepare and generate reports as necessary to provide insights into branch performance and inform strategic decisionmaking.
Requirements:
- Possess a College Diploma in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrate 58 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, with a
- Showcase a track record of successful business development initiatives and strategies.
- Preferably have mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading ability.
- Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess solid mathematical abilities with a keen eye for analysis.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Demonstrate proven leadership and motivational skills to inspire and lead the team
- Technical Product Understanding: Capable of understanding and conveying technical
- Organizational Skills: Be selfmotivated with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Have a resultsdriven mindset, striving for excellence and continuous improvement.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
$70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
