Parts Coordinator at our
Calgary, AB location.

What you will do as a Parts Coordinator:_

Pick up and Deliver parts
Perform cycle counts
Put stock orders away
Empty/load and keep parts truck clean
Pick orders
Communicate with mobile technicians to find out where they want parts delivered (that is to their truck or Ccans)
Create a list for outof

- stock parts during shift and report to manager

Transfer parts on computer to mobile units
Pick up cores and drop off cores as needed
Keep yard and parts room clean
Ensure parts room is kept organized
Assist with inventory count when needed
Support the implementation and set up of parts testing stations
Assist parts manager with daytoday operation of parts room

QUALIFICATIONS_
-
Education and or Experience_

Two (2) years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous parts counter experience and or training pertaining to machine shop parts
Clean Drivers abstract

LANGUAGE SKILLS_

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or fellow employees

TECHNICAL SKILLS_

Strong computer skills in Excel, Wors, Adobe, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams
Ability to calculate in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to compute rate, ratio, percentage, create and interpret bar graphs
