    Candidates must be local in Fredericton, New Brunswick

    Must haves: At least 10 years of:

    • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public relations, Journalism or related field with a minimum of five years of related work experience
    • or
    • a two-year college diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field with seven years of related work experience
    • Demonstrates experience in the development of communication, change management, and implementation plans for diverse groups in leading organization-wide change from strategy to implemented changes.
    • Demonstrates experience in developing a training plan and delivering training to a diverse group of trainees through both in-person and virtual training.
    • Professional Change Management certification (Prosci or equivalent)
    • Demonstrates experience leading change management efforts involving adoption of new ways of working with transition in digital transformation IT projects.
    • Demonstrates experience working in a communications function for Property Assessment information systems, Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) projects specific to service delivery agencies and government, such as Service New Brunswick.
    • Demonstrates expertise to work with Microsoft 365 applications and experience working with digital communication and collaboration tools e.g MS Teams, Zoom, Miro etc.
    • Demonstrates experience in leading organization-wide change from strategy to implemented change.
    • Demonstrates experience in applying knowledge of change leadership principles and best practice methodologies.
    • Demonstrates experience in analyzing complex business needs and delivering change objectives and goals, strategies, plans, and actions for business and IT transformations.
    • Demonstrates experiences in identifies and assesses change impacts to the organization's business processes and technology solutions.
    • Demonstrates experience identifying stakeholders and engaging stakeholders in contributing to effective change.
    • Demonstrates excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both English and French.
    • Demonstrated experience with at least one (1) cloud SaaS implementation with significant business transformation would be an asset.
