    Medical Receptionist (Part Time) at Skin Vitality Medical Clinic

    • Job Duties:
      • Welcome patients and visitors in person or over the phone, directing inquiries as needed
      • Schedule appointments and optimize patient satisfaction and treatment room utilization
      • Ensure appointments are on time, notify Medical Associates of patient arrivals, and manage any service delays
      • Comfort patients, anticipate their needs, and maintain a welcoming reception area
      • Handle patient records and accounts efficiently

      • Skills Required:
        • Ability to multitask while maintaining performance and a positive attitude
        • Process payments, communicate effectively, and provide top-notch customer service
        • Friendly demeanor, professional communication, and comfortable handling monetary transactions
        • Highly motivated, dependable, and with a positive attitude

        • Experience Needed:
          • Prior experience in Medical Administration is beneficial
          • Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and quick learning abilities
          • Strong multitasking skills and proficiency in computer and scheduling systems

          • Average Pay Rate:
            • $18 - $20 per hour, compensation varies based on skills and experience
