Description

• Maintaining our COR, ISNetworld, Contractor Check, and other certifications
• Administering orientations & maintaining training records and compliance
• Improving, implementing, and monitoring of our company safety program
• Conducting site inspections, attending safety meetings, committee meetings, etc
• Maintain & analyze safety records & field collaboration using SiteDocs
• WCB Administration, including managing claims, evaluating modified duties, investigating incidents, and managing WCB claims
• Provide WHMIS training
• Risk mitigation
• Meet regularly with client safety personnel
• Attend and often lead meetings
• Assist with fleet management
• Perform internal COR audits, and assist with external audits

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Valid Construction Safety Officer Certificate (preferred)
• Occupational First Aid Level Two or Three preferred or willing to take the course
• Exceptional Communication skills, writing skills (English), people skills, & technical skills.
• Be selfdirected and motivated to maintain & improve our program
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and other programs related to your field
• Knowledge of the construction industry, specifically the electrical trade and electrical safety, would be an asset
