Job summary
We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team providing a housing first and harm reduction approach; the Case Manager will be responsible for assisting residents in maintaining their housing, assist accessing financial supports, supporting their education/employment goals and any other areas of support that is required to help them successfully transition into independence.
