- Read plans and interpret required welding procedures;
- Work with plans, cut material and fit;
- Carry out welding according to FCAW and GMAW processes;
- Perform various tasks related to the welder's work or as required by the project at hand;
- Participate and support the activities of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System.
- Diploma of vocational studies in welding-fitting or relevant work experience;
- CWB cards or meet Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) requirements;
- Ability to work in confined space, at heights and outdoors;
- Ability to read plans and teamwork;
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license;
- Availability to travel to different sites;
- Work on day and night shifts;
- Availability for on-call periods.
