Human Resources Operations Coordinator

What to expect:


Reporting to our HR Manager, Compliance & Compensation, the HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible for multiple crucial aspects of the HR experience at Broadsign.

The HR Operations Coordinator should hold the HR team together by proactively problem solving, improving our processes, and ensuring everyday operations run smoothly.

You will excel in this role if you are proactive, have excellent attention to detail and want to touch many areas of Human Resources.

Each day will be different, but you can expect your main responsibilities to include:

  • Own the process tracking obligations of the 1% training law (i.e. creating training plans and maintaining an accurate log of eligible trainings)
  • Efficiently and accurately completing various administrative tasks across the HR department
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in our HRIS and employee files
  • Assisting our recruitment team with various administrative duties
  • Participating in our employee committees (our social committee, social responsibility committee, DEIB committee)
  • Compiling and preparing HRrelated reports as needed
  • Support the Payroll & Benefits Specialist to ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately for Broadsigners worldwide
  • Improvement and automation of processes and tasks where possible
  • Assisting with requirements for l'Office québécois de la langue française

  • Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary. Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry._
