Description
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Provide technical support and assistance to endusers
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Set up and maintain computer networks, including LAN and TCP/IP configurations
- Perform system upgrades and patches
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functioning
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement network security measures
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures and configurations
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Experience with network support and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMWare
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure
- Knowledge of operating systems and productivity softwares
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Punjabi would be an asset
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$16.55-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
