The Role


Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Trade Marketing and Execution Coordinator to join our team in Montreal focused on our Ready to Drink portfolio including White Claw Hard Seltzer.

Reporting directly to the Provincial Sales Manager.

  • Build quality relationships with our distributor
  • Support all aspects of execution from planning and programming to inmarket execution
  • Analyze and measure the impact of strategic activities | promotions and recommend strategies to achieve and exceed corporate performance objectives
  • Support the listing and new product launch processes
  • Drive market share, volume and distribution in the grocery & convenience store channels working closely with our distributor
  • Support the management of Advertising and Promotion budgets
  • Keep abreast of competitive trends and report appropriate developments

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • 12 Years Sales, Customer Service, Merchandising or Marketing Experience; CPG or beverage alcohol preferred
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce or related
  • Show initiative, ambition and leadership
  • Ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical skills
  • Effective leadership and strategic influence skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with different functions, business units and geographic areas
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English)
  • Have a valid driver's license and a personal car (mandatory)
