Job Summary
To oversee Centre operations which include but are not limited to ensuring Program is aligned with Centre's philosophy and complies with all Ministry Public Health and Fire Regulations conducting interviews training scheduling evaluating and supporting staff maintaining up to date organized and complete records addressing parent concerns and staff concerns according to policy procedure outlines contacting scheduling parents for tours of the centre and maintaining waitlist according to policy procedures implementing following Chain of Command All staff students volunteers report directly to supervisor supervisor reports directly to Licensee ensuring procedures required for carrying out policies Guide Grow Daycare Centre followed fulfillment goals objectives centre.
