We are seeking a skilled and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team.

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the dental office.

General Duties:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our phone system
• Checkin patients, verify insurance information, and update patient records
• Collect payments and provide accurate billing information
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, and maintaining patient charts
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

Experience Needed
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a dental office setting
• Proficiency in using electronic dental software charting systems such as Dentrix
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with front desk operations and administrative duties

Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
