The Position
We are seeking a dynamic Client Service Administrator to join our expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional looking to contribute to an exciting, high-paced, and challenging work environment in property management.
Your strong interpersonal & communication skills, commitment to quality, resourceful approach to finding solutions and proactive nature will be essential in providing an exceptional customer experience at every opportunity.
In addition to the above, we are seeking an individual who is motivated to grow within our company by enrolling and completing the 5 required courses that will lead them to becoming a fully licensed Property Manager in the province of Ontario.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be a integral member of our team, delivering superior & trusted service to our diverse client base.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions
- Resolve client concerns efficiently, maintaining professionalism and patience under pressure.
- Manage client accounts, including processing requests, updating information, and handling billing inquiries
- Collaborate with our team to continually improve our client service processes and standards.
- Problem solving and decision making abilities, with a customercentric approach.
- Assist in handling administrative tasks related to all aspects of property management.
- Working with technology and industry leading software programs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Familiarity with financial services or related industries is a plus
- Proficiency in using industry leading software and a willingness to adopt new technology
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Job Types:

Salary:
From $36,000.00 per year
