JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties:
- In collaboration with other Conservation and Energy management functions, develop and
responsibilities in order to accomplish business case objectives and implementation plans
- Develop and maintain support for departmental business practices, e.g. monthly program
- Annual Business Plan development, including program reporting and analytics
- Perform ongoing strategic reviews of current programs
- Troubleshoot and respond to process issues and program development needs
- Perform continual evaluation of Demand Side Management (DSM) and Low Carbon
existing programs
- Manage contracts and projects with external service providers and customers
- Provide support and knowledge transfer to other team members to help strengthen the team
- Participate on special projects, as needed, to support the overall Industrial Marketing strategy
Qualifications:
***- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Five (5) years experience in marketing, program management or other relevant area (within an

- Demonstrated ability to seek information from people (internal and external) with diverse

- Leadership ability aligning with BC Hydro's core values.
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in budgeting, variance analysis and risk assessments
- Experience in developing and implementing significant program, process and/or system changes
- Resultsdriven, while respecting the importance of collaboration and teamwork
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build influential relationships internally and externally, at every level of
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The incumbent will work with other Program Managers in Industrial Marketing and Low Carbon
BC Hydro's largest customers.
- Internal and external collaboration is an integral part of the job requirements in order to design
- Incumbent is required to visit customer sites to both work with customers and provide feedback
- A condition of employment for this job is that you maintain the following requirements in good
standing:
