    En tant que Associate Analyst - Pricing, vous serez responsable des activités de chargement des prix et des coûts des clients, de la classification des clients, de la génération de rapports et du calcul des incitations pour les clients. Vous interagirez avec le personnel chargé de la tarification, des achats et des succursales. Vous garantissez l'exactitude et l'intégrité des données.

    Responsabilités :

    • Charger et maintenir les autorisations de coûts spéciaux des fournisseurs, les accords de prix côté vente des clients et les accords de coûts standards.
    • Examiner les accords de prix et de coûts existants et initier des mises à jour.
    • Se tenir au courant des charges de coûts des fournisseurs à venir.
    • Applique les ajustements de prix côté client pour éviter l'érosion des marges.
    • Classer les nouveaux clients dans des groupes de clients.
    • Surveiller l'expiration des accords sur les coûts et les prix.
    • Recueille des données, génère des rapports et des fichiers ad hoc.
    • Résoudre les problèmes avec les services de tarification, d'achat et de vente.
    • Surveille les alertes pour s'assurer de l'exactitude de la synchronisation du système.
    • Résout les rapports d'erreur.
    • Se tenir au courant des changements à venir dans les coûts des fournisseurs.

    Qualifications :

    • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires requis.
    • 1 an de comparaison et d'analyse de fichiers de données est requis, 3 ans de préférence.
    • 1 an de manipulation des fichiers de données selon des modèles standardisés est requis, 3 ans de préférence.
    • 1 an de chargement de fichiers de données dans des systèmes de gestion de données est requis, 3 ans de préférence.
    • Systèmes de gestion des données sur les produits
    • Produits Microsoft Office, en particulier Microsoft Excel
    • Capacité à utiliser divers types d'équipements de bureau, y compris des ordinateurs.

    As an Associate Analyst - Pricing you will be responsible for customer price and cost loading activities, customer classification, report generation and customer incentive calculations. You will interact with pricing, purchasing and branch personnel. Ensures data accuracy and integrity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Loads and maintains of supplier special cost authorizations, customer sell-side price agreements, and standard cost agreements.
    • Reviews existing price and cost agreements and initiates updates.
    • Maintains knowledge and awareness of upcoming supplier cost charges.
    • Applies customer sell-side price adjustments to prevent margin erosion.
    • Classifies new customers into customer groupings.
    • Monitors cost and price agreement expirations.
    • Gathers data, generate reports and ad-hoc files.
    • Resolves issues with pricing, purchasing and sales departments.
    • Monitors alerts to ensure system synchronization accuracy.
    • Troubleshoots error reports.
    • Maintains knowledge and awareness of upcoming supplier cost changes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration required.
    • 1 year of data file comparison and analysis required, 3 years preferred.
    • 1 year of manipulating the data files to standardized templated required, 3 years preferred.
    • 1 year of loading data files into data management systems required, 3 years preferred.
    • Product data management systems
    • Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
    • Ability to operate various types of office equipment including computers
    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
    • Ability to prioritize and manage day to day activities
    • Strong interpersonal
    • Collaborative cross functional and management interaction
    • Data file conversion, mapping and manipulation
    • Problem solving
