    This position reports to the Manager, Administration Services and is responsible for working collaboratively with Project Management personnel to facilitate and promote high performing project execution teams. Your organization skills will ensure our projects run smoothly from start to finish. This role will assist the execution of projects through various activities.

    What You Get To Do:

  • Creation and management of forms and templates and the completion of such as guided by the project teams
  • Supply Chain Management support via the entry, routing, and expediting of procurement and contract requisitions in Oracle
  • Assisting Project Controls personnel via data analysis and presentation via spreadsheet input and data manipulation, macro creation, graph generation, etc.
  • Assisting Accounting / Finance personnel via receiving, verifying, recording, tracking, and reconciling cost information and invoices
  • Compiling weekly and monthly project reports
  • Assisting with project timekeeping and Oracle data entry, review, reporting and analysis
  • Routing and expediting documents for approval using a variety of electronic means
  • Maintaining non-technical project files and assisting Document Management personnel with management of technical documents
  • Planning, scheduling and executing project meetings and team events including the arrangement of catering, transportation, and issuing of meeting minutes etc. .
  • Assisting team members with expense reporting, reimbursement, and credit card reconciliation
  • Who You Are:

  • Post-secondary education in business administration
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with a strong collaborative and cooperative approach with demonstrated resourcefulness and the ability to work as an effective team member
  • Robust attention to detail and ability to check one's own work to ensure quality
  • Strong competency in Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge with Excel (including macro creation and graph generation) and a strong knowledge of SharePoint
  • Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and steadfast.
