We are a growing, fast-paced water treatment and purification manufacturer in Barrie, Ontario, looking for a customer service representative to join our team.

We are looking for a team player who works well with others.


Skills and Qualifications required:

  • Customer service experience, prefer mechanically inclined person with some plumbing experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problemsolving skills to assist customers
  • Strong organization skills in a busy office environment
  • Basic computer knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn water treatment and purification technologies and our products to assist customers
  • Water testing for dealers and providing recommendations
  • Be able to process customer purchase orders
  • Work with other team members to take care of customer needs
  • Be able to work independently

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
