    Location: Henning, ON

    Term: Permanent, Full-time
    Start Date: Anticipated March 2024
    Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts 7 days/wk

    - 6:30am – 2:30pm

    - 2:00pm – 10:30pm (Afternoon Shift Premium Available)

    - 10:00pm – 6:00am (Night Shift Premium Available)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Work in a team environment with other co-workers, supervisors and managers.
    • Complete cleanup assignments using shovels and/or small, heavy equipment.
    • Assist in maintenance inspections and activities using appropriate procedures.
    • Operate crushing and screening plant as trained and directed.
    • Report any malfunctions or safety risks to supervisor immediately.
    • Specific job duties will often vary from day to day depending on business needs.
    • Comply with OHSA and all of its applicable regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Ontario high school diploma (OSSD) or equivalent is required.
    • Must have access to reliable transportation due to remote location of plants
    • Must posses a valid 'G' Drivers License.
    • Ability to work outdoors under varied temperatures and weather conditions.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Reliability – Showing up to work on time.
    • Be willing to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends when required.
    • Physical ability to walk around the plant.
    • Dependability – follow instructions and respond to direction.
    • Ability to communicate effectively including good-problem solving skills.
    • Experience in construction, mining or operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required.
    • Basic maintenance/mechanical aptitude, welding and fitting is preferred but not required.
