Why join us?
The campus Canada team is looking for an analyst to support university and college recruitment.

Reporting to the National Manager, University Relations and Early Careers, you will be responsible for the administrative process surrounding the various stages of recruitment.

How will you contribute to the team?
You will work within a dynamic team with a sustained and efficient work pace.

Assist the Campus Talent Acquisition Advisor in preparing and updating job descriptions.
Post job vacancies on social media, news outlets, career sites, etc.
Schedule calls and interviews for recruitment teams (managers, HR, talent acquisition team).
Conduct an initial phone assessment and provide recommendations to the Talent Acquisition Advisor.
Follow up with recruitment teams (managers, HR, talent acquisition team) throughout the process.
Prepare, when required, a job offer and relevant documents and submit a formal offer as well as manage negotiations for more junior or entrylevel positions.
Contribute to the preparation and coordination of career fairs/days, open days and industry events to promote SNCL employment opportunities and stay abreast of market and network changes.
Act as an SNCL ambassador by participating in recruitment events.

What are we looking for?

Graduate of a bachelor's degree in human resources or other related diploma;
Experience in recruitment is an asset;
Fluency in English (spoken and written), French (spoken and written) is a strong asset;
Demonstrated skills for teamwork, strong client relationship management, and problem solving
