Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our construction team as a Site Supervisor for our Commercial projects.

As the Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing construction or project sites, ensuring that operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all onsite activities, including construction, maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Monitor progress and ensure that work is being carried out as per project timelines and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Enforce safety guidelines, regulations, and protocols to create a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure that all workers and subcontractors are following safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure that workmanship, materials, and construction methods meet the required standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and rectify any defects or deviations from the project plan.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of project progress, daily activities, and any incidents or changes.
• Prepare reports for management, detailing project status, challenges, and accomplishments.
• Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the project, proposing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
• Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 5 years of experience within the commercial construction industry in a similar role.
• A deep understanding of construction processes, methods, materials, and techniques relevant to the specific type of project (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial).
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Salary:
$67,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
