Imagine leading significant projects that account for up to 10% of our company's revenue.


You will orchestrate a variety of projects, ranging from hundred K to millions, lasting from 2 months to a year.

Your role will be pivotal from the inception of the project to its delivery, managing our development teams.


We are currently in need of someone to fill this role due to a team member going on maternity leave for a period of at least 9 months.

This position would be offered as a fixed-term contract (CDD).

Microelectronics Project Manager (W/M).


As a Project Manager (W/M), your journey will have multiple facets:


  • Project Management from A to Z: From defining tasks to daily supervision, you will ensure the progress of projects, identifying and leveraging the strengths of each team member. You will work on diverse projects with clients around the world, notably in Asia, the United States, and Europe. Joining Dolphin Design as a Project Manager (M/F), you will be at the heart of innovative microelectronics projects, specifically focused on the development of IP centered on energy efficiency and low power solutions. These projects are not just technical challenges; they represent our commitment to a more sustainable and energy-efficient future.

Leadership and Cross-Functional Management: You will be responsible for coordinating and leading multicultural teams, primarily located in France and Canada. Your mission will be to ensure that all team members work cohesively towards the common project goals.

Communication and Client Relations: You will be the key interface between different departments (marketing, sales, technical) and our international clients. Your ability to manage risks, communicate factually and concisely will be crucial. You are about to become a Dolphin...

Your previous experience in
project management of at least 5 years, especially in the
microelectronics or semiconductor sector, will be highlighted.

You have successfully navigated the unique challenges of this field, demonstrating a deep understanding of technical nuances and the demands of a competitive market.


Your familiarity with
Agile and predictive methodologies is not just a skill, but an integral part of your strategic approach to leading projects from start to finish.

A PMP certification is a plus.

Your ability to lead goes beyond task and deadline management. It extends to inspiring and motivating a diverse team. Your natural leadership allows you to navigate managerial challenges (transversal) with ease.


In moments of pressure, your stress management ability is not just about personal resilience, but also about maintaining the team's serenity.

Your communication is clear, concise, and tailored to each situation, ensuring mutual understanding and smooth project progression.

In a world where client expectations are rapidly evolving, your adaptability and agile response are essential.

Your customer service sense goes beyond merely responding to requests; it involves deeply understanding their needs, sometimes unexpressed, and offering solutions.

You are adept at navigating complex situations, turning challenges into opportunities, and maintaining strong, lasting client relationships.

  • Hybrid working model agreement for twenty days a year, or the possibility of regular remote.
  • While being integrated into the team, you will be able to be autonomous and demonstrate creativity by working on innovative projects of Dolphin Design.

  • You will have more than 5 weeks of paid leave (27 days)
