Entry Level Account Representative Responsibilities:


  • Promptly acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with precise solutions that meet or exceed their individual expectations
  • Manage client transactional needs, including renewal, new sales, marketing, and services according to brand standards and company procedures
  • Devise new sales tactics to increase profit margins and improve our customer experience
  • Coach and mentor other team members on technical, procedural, relationshipbuilding, and sales skills
  • Set an efficient schedule and manage workflow to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy
  • Stay up to date with industry information, new product announcements, sales, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance
  • Interact with clients effectively by utilizing exceptional active listening skills, cooperating purposefully, and provides information and guidance, as needed, to achieve sales goals
  • Seek new and innovative ways to improve the client experience and drive sales revenue

Qualifications:


  • Tenacious, innovative, and possess superior sales skills
  • Adaptable to the fastpaced environment of a growing company
  • Competitive and selfconfident but thrives in a teamoriented atmosphere
  • Capable of thriving in a highstress environment with a high volume of work to be completed daily
  • Innovative in delivering clientfocused solutions
  • High School Diploma
  • 12 years of experience in an entrylevel Management, Leadership, Account Management, Client Relations, Sales, or Customer Support role
  • Ability to work full time hours

Salary:
$45,000.00-$57,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON L5T 2K6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
