Buchner Manufacturing has been in business for over 40 years, providing quality building products.

We have an excellent full-time opportunity at our North Bay Branch for an energetic person to provide exceptional sales and service to our valued customers.

Duties to include the following:

Create quotes and enter sales orders through ERP system (Syspro)
Provide support to Branch Sales Rep
Process customer returns
Process electronic and cash payment transactions
Prepare and reconcile day end deposits
Maintain showroom and general housekeeping
Responsible for opening/closing of showroom
Assist with annual inventory and periodic cycle counting
Create purchase orders and supply chain transfers for sales orders
Receive purchase orders and supply chain transfers into inventory
Continue ongoing development of product knowledge of BMI products and allied products
Assist with warehouse duties when needed

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Competent computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems, ERP Software)
Superior communication skills utilizing tact and diplomacy and professionalism at all times
Strong organizational skills
Highly flexible able to adjust quickly in a varied environment
Able to work both independently and as a team player
Possesses excellent time management skills
Energetic, motivated to continue to increase product knowledge including installation techniques
Confident in making sound decisions
Effective communicator with staff as well as all levels of management
Thrives working in a very fastpaced environment
Bilingual (French/English a definite asset)

Hours:

7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Mon - Fri (December - April)

7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Mon - Fri (April - December)

Hours may change according to seasonal demands

Salary:
From $19.00 per hour
