Harvard Developments, a leading investment and property management firm with a national and international presence, is seeking an efficient and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant.
At Harvard Developments, we value individuals with superior verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple processes, and advanced skills in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:- Providing varied and diverse confidential administrative support to senior executives.
- Managing calendars, communications, meetings, and scheduling.
- Assisting with project coordination and management.
- Researching and compiling information on various projects and initiatives.
- Handling incoming correspondence, inquiries, and requests predominantly via phone and electronically.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and other logístical needs.
- Managing expense reports and budget reconciliation.
Preference will be given to an individual who possesses:
- Minimum of five years' administrative assistance experience.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exemplary organizational and analytical skills.
- Innovative thinking and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Flexibility to potentially work varied schedules during certain times of the year.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
