- Implement the vision, goals and expectations within the planning team
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Manage budget in conjunction with the Managing Partner of Talon OOH Canada
- Provide strategic account leadership for the growth of Talon by meeting clients' objectives, and maintaining profitability
- Lead and motivate the team; foster an environment of accountability; capitalize on growth and learning by acknowledging and building upon employee strengths
- Engage new business opportunities, leading large-scale presentations, RFPs and new product/service offerings
- Provide direction to the planning team in the development of POVs and providing recommendations to clients
- Ensure client objectives and timelines are met by the planning team
- Manage relationships with Agency and/or direct clients as well as strong relationships with partners and vendors
- Anticipate client needs by identifying areas of growth in products/services/capabilities; provide leadership through implementation, concept to completion
- Implement and oversee continuous process improvements for all teams
- Maintain involvement in focused areas of the company to ensure full utilization on behalf of Talon clients
- Other projects as assigned
- Developing strategies for the growth and delivery of relevant key performance indicators and making sure they are implemented.
- Ensuring the team of planners is prompt and delivering key metrics internally and to clients
- Ensuring that the team has the resources required to meet their objectives within agreed financial parameters
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving with clear direction
- Support the Managing Director in the development of strategies to steer the organization's future in a positive direction and drive additional revenue to impact the bottom line
- Effective organizational and leadership abilities
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of their clients and team
- Promoting effective and clear internal and external communications.
- Agency and Out-of-Home experience
- Programmatic and digital out-of-home experience
- Experience working in high-pressure environments
- Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- 7-10 years experience, with 5 years managing a team.
- Bi‑lingual in French and English is great, but not required
