POSITION:


As the Coordinator, Creative Content, you will be
responsible for developing high-quality content that promotes our brand and attracts potential clients.

You will
develop and execute content strategies that help Brivia meet its business objectives.

This role requires a creative "
out-of-the-box thinker" with
outstanding communication writing ability and the capacity to multitask while paying great attention to detail.


As Creative Content Coordinator, your job duties typically include
writing and editing various types of content,
updating social media accounts, conducting
market research, and
monitoring and reporting on content updates and campaigns.

Qualifications for this career include familiarity with
content management systems, excellent writing and communication skills, and experience
working collaboratively in a creative environment.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create visual content such as infographics, photos, and videos to support content initiatives;
-
Develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand and business objectives;

  • Write compelling
    blog posts, articles, and social media content that engages our target audience;
  • Create
    visually appealing and informative infographics, videos, and other multimedia content that conveys complex information in an easytounderstand way;
  • Collaborate with
    other teams within the company to gather information and develop content that aligns with their goals;
  • Use
    SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines;

Monitor content performance and make
data-driven decisions to improve engagement and conversion rates;

  • Keep uptodate with
    industry trends and adapt content strategies accordingly;
  • Create, modify and update
    landing pages and website;

Review and update various databases;

  • Draft and send
    evites,
    eblasts, and
    promotional
    items;
  • Take charge of
    all projects delegated to you;
-
Collaborate with the team to assist with other projects;
-
All other related tasks.


REQUIREMENTS:

-
Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or related field;
-
1 to 3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the
real estate industry;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both
    English and
    French;
-
Chinese
speaking will be considered a
strong asset;

  • Strong
    attention to detail and ability to produce errorfree content;
-
Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to optimize content for search engines;

  • Experience using
    multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop, or Piktochart;
  • Ability to
    work independently and manage
    multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong knowledge of
    content marketing and social media best practices;
  • Ability to
    learn products, terminology, and concepts used in the manufacturing, construction, and architecture spaces;
  • Excellent
    organizational and
    time management skills;
  • Strength in working with
    fast moving crossfunctional teams towards building seamless and integrated marketing campaigns;
  • Ability to
    manage multiple projects simultaneously, while managing
    priorities, and working with
    tight deadlines;
  • A team player with the ability to
    adapt and change to an everevolving market.
