Description
Purpose:
This on-campus role acts as the main reception support for internal and external contacts at School of Continuing Studies (SCS).
Education:
College Diploma.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months experience in administration or hospitality role including reception, data entry and general admin support work.
Experience working in a high-volume student services office in a post-secondary environment an asset.
Skills:
Basic MS Office skills.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to answer questions in a clear, concise and professional manner.
Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy.
Effective customer service skills, including the ability to deal calmly, courteously and effectively with people.
