Your future duties and responsibilities
General PM activities and tasks.

Action Manager

  • Record, follow up and update the action register for project and governance meetings
  • Review action item weekly with project team and client representatives
  • Gather items, review and publish agendas for project and governance meetings
  • Document and publish record of decision for governance and vendor meetings
Risk Manager

  • Schedule and coordinate Risk Management Working Group meetings
  • Review, update and publish Risk and Issue Register
  • Conduct individual meetings with risk and issue owners for updates
  • Update SSC EPS system for risks and issues
  • Present risk and issues to Project Management Committee when required
Other (as required)

  • Prepare presentations for DG and ADM Steering Committee
  • Update project information in EPS system
  • Backup to the project governance resource
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • University degree in information technology, business administration or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in Both English and French (written and verbal)
  • 35 years of demonstrated experience in project management
  • Demonstrated experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholder at various levels in an organization
  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management
  • Strong knowledge of relevant project management principles, tools & techniques
  • PCO skills
  • Organizational Skills

  • Project Management awareness
