The Opportunity


As a
Multimedia Content Specialist, you will be producing multimedia content, including podcast episodes, client stories, product videos, and social media content, for all Euna Solutions product lines.

Reporting to the Manager, Content Marketing, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end production of the content you create, including pre-production, project management, guest scheduling, hosting, filming, and sound and video editing.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders including Content, Product, Client Marketing, Programs, Events, and Brand on the Euna Solutions marketing team to execute on multimedia content requests, including podcasts and video
  • Work to establish Euna's brand as educational and entertaining through highquality multimedia content
  • Own the endtoend production of multimedia content, including podcast episodes, client stories, product videos, social media content, and more
  • For more complex projects, work with video production agencies to bring video content to life within vision and scope
  • Drive the podcast strategy and execution (hosting, editing, scheduling guests, creating web graphics, etc.) of the Euna Solutions family of podcasts
  • Work closely with Client Marketing and Content Marketing Manager to create client case studies, testimonial videos, training videos, and other clientfacing content (occasional travel required)
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to create product explainer videos
  • Work closely with the sales team to create enablement materials such as demo videos
  • Create microvideos for social media (ie Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Own Euna Solutions' YouTube strategy, making the business units' YouTube pages a destination for educational and entertaining content
  • Occasionally support video requests from other Euna departments, i.e. HR, and appropriately balance and prioritize competing requests
  • Manage your time effectively to ensure projects are ontime and meet brand guidelines

Education and experience

  • 35 years of podcast and video production experience within a corporate environment (preferably SaaS or gov tech)
  • Experience hosting and producing podcasts, preferably for government audiences
  • Experience creating video content for B2B/B2G SaaS marketing programs
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple marketing functions and meet their respective multimedia content requests
  • Strong time management skills to ensure podcast and video projects have time to go through the proper review cycle before delivery
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to be nimble when facing blockers/challenges
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Audition)
  • Proficiency in podcast production/postproduction software (Riverside, Buzzsprout, Headliner, Descript, etc.)

Location & Travel
This position is remote with occasional travel to our office in Oakville, ON.
