- Support end-to-end recruitment for roles across all departments (product, go-to-market, operations, finance, etc)
- Source and identify high-potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and creative outbound approaches
- Screen candidates and help assess skills, motivation, and culture fit
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, thoughtful candidate experience
- Maintain accurate data in our ATS and help keep our hiring process organized and efficient
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand roles and what "great" looks like
- Learn how to evaluate talent at a high bar — not just fill roles
- Experience in people-facing roles (customer service, sales, recruitment, HR, or similar)
- Someone early in their career, eager to learn and make an impact
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in following through
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Proactive, action-oriented, and not afraid to take initiative
- Committed to high-quality work and continuous learning and improvement
- Exposure to startups, tech, or SaaS (internships, co-ops, student roles, etc.)
