    Description

Join to apply for the Recruiter (Entry-Level / Early-Career) role at Planned.

Planned is an event management platform that helps companies streamline their meetings & events booking process. We make it easy for anyone to plan successful events while giving finance teams the visibility and control they need to maximize their budget. Planned already works with over 200 companies across North America, such as PwC, L'Oréal, Google, Samsung & Airbnb.

We're on a mission to disrupt a $500+ billion industry. To achieve that, we want to work with brilliant minds and natural leaders who are driven to out-think, out-plan, and outperform the competition. We tackle every business decision with enthusiasm, and we love the work that we do

We're looking for an early-career Recruiter who is excited to learn the craft of hiring from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, proactive, highly organized, and motivated to grow into a strong end-to-end recruiter over time.

    What You'll Do

    • Support end-to-end recruitment for roles across all departments (product, go-to-market, operations, finance, etc)
    • Source and identify high-potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and creative outbound approaches
    • Screen candidates and help assess skills, motivation, and culture fit
    • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, thoughtful candidate experience
    • Maintain accurate data in our ATS and help keep our hiring process organized and efficient
    • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand roles and what "great" looks like
    • Learn how to evaluate talent at a high bar — not just fill roles

    What We're Looking For

    • Experience in people-facing roles (customer service, sales, recruitment, HR, or similar)
    • Someone early in their career, eager to learn and make an impact
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in following through
    • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
    • Proactive, action-oriented, and not afraid to take initiative
    • Committed to high-quality work and continuous learning and improvement

    Nice to Have (not required)

    • Exposure to startups, tech, or SaaS (internships, co-ops, student roles, etc.)
    • Interest in people ops, talent, HR, or organizational development

    What We Offer

    • Culture of high performance, strong talent density and in-person collaboration
    • Unlimited PTO
    • Competitive compensation package
    • All the tools and gear you need to be successful (Macbook, screen, mouse, keyboard, LinkedIn Recruiter, ChatGPT, etc.)
    • Health, dental, vision insurance
    • Bus pass subsidy or indoor parking
    • Stocked up snack bar
    • Team lunches twice per week
    • Dog-friendly office

Not sure you meet all the role requirements, but have a passion for Planned and are eager to help build a great product? Apply today and let us know how you would be a great fit
