About the Job

In this position you will be part of the warehouse team and taking part in the receipt and shipment of material goods to our customers, preparing shipments for loading, using a computer for access to different software's and programs to make the job more efficient and accurate.

Computer literacy is a must and so is the ability to speak both English and French.

General responsibilities include:

Pick orders and prepare them in staging areas for delivery
Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks
Ensure accuracy of order against paperwork
Move incoming product to the designated location in the warehouse
Help clients as quickly as we can, and in a courteous manor.
Emotional intelligence that facilitates respectful and courteous interactions with customers and other employees is a must.
Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience/Skill

Must have a valid Ontario Gclass license OR a valid Quebec Class3 license.
High school education required
Forklift certified an Required (reach truck preferred)
Experience in a warehouse environment an asset

Environment & Physical/Mental Demands

Must be able to safely lift 50lbs
Must be able to operate material handling equipment
Prepare customer orders using various forklifts.
Customer oriented attitude.
Match incoming and outgoing product with purchase orders
Keep the warehouse clean/organized.
Perform all tasks in a safe manor.

Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Other duties as assigned

Salary:
$17.50-$21.50 per hour
