I'm Lisa Pasquin, the President and Founder of Craft Public Relations.

I'm leading recruitment for our newest hire:
a Vice President to add to our senior leadership team (SLT).

I founded Craft in October 2015 from my kitchen table, with the goal of building a small and nimble agency where people could do great things together.

It's a bit mind-blowing to look at how far we've come over the last eight years.

Today, we're a team of 36 incredible people, and we have some of the best brands in the world on our client roster - including Tim Hortons, Nintendo of Canada, GE Appliances, Moosehead Breweries and Hershey.

Our mission is to raise the bar in everything we do, and we're incredibly proud of the calibre of work that we put out into the world each and every day.

This summer, two members of our senior leadership team are leaving on parental leave (it's a Craft baby boom), which is prompting us to add a new Vice President to our senior leadership team (this is a full-time, permanent role).

You'll work closely with me, and our SVP Melissa Retty, alongside the other members of our SLT to lead both the growth of the agency and some of Craft's amazing clients.

The opportunity:

Acting as both a senior client lead and a key member of Craft's leadership team.
Working collaboratively as part of project teams to deliver top quality work.
Strategically managing all facets of client projects and programs, including budgets and planning.
Acting as a dedicated people manager to members of the team.
Serving as an active member of Craft's SLT, working closely with the President to manage the overall business, including assisting in developing Craft's annual business plan and heading up agencywide programs and initiatives.

What you bring to the table:

You have extensive experience in public relations / communications; agency experience is a plus.
You are highenergy and actionoriented, bringing a positive mindset to work every day.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are someone who thinks quickly, works quickly and isn't afraid to jumpin as needed on any tasks from packing mailers to writing plans.
You act with empathy, actively supporting the people you work with as humans, and as colleagues.
You're relentlessly curious about the world around you.
You are passionate about all facets of consumer brand storytelling and are interested in helping make news about everything from apple sauce to appliances.

Salary & Benefits

Vice President Salary Range:
$130,000 - $150,000 / year

Complete our Craft Assignment
Values alignment interview with Sam Forgie, Senior Account Manager and Chayan Olson, Office Manager (45 mins) + final connect with Lisa (15 mins). _These interviews will take place in-person at the Craft offices at 507 King Street East in Toronto_.
