_ Entry Level Position_


Trotter & Morton Facility Services provides 24/7 preventive and predictive mechanical system maintenance and repair to condominiums, commercial, and institutional buildings.

We are looking to hire a hard-working and committed individual who will contribute to our team.

The Service Clerk role will provide clerical staff support to the operations and accounting teams to assure a smooth, timely flow of materials and paperwork.

They will act as a front-line liaison for dispatch, operations, accounting, sales and the customer to provide the highest quality service.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties, including data entry and filing
  • Act as a frontline liaison between the dispatcher, all department staff and customers to provide the highest quality service
  • Provide support Dispatch and Service teams
  • Assist with monthly reports
  • Assisting with Technician service audits, with a focus on costs, including labor, mileage and material consumption
  • Assisting senior service clerk with administrative tasks
  • Entering new project agreements
  • Working with accountants to manage with workflow priorities
  • Other duties as required

Required Experience

  • Strong computer competency, especially in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) knowledge would be an asset, but not required
  • Experience in an administrative role would be considered an asset
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
