Description
Work efficiently to support both BOH and FOH during busy lunch and dinner services by ensuring all dishes, glassware, and equipment are clean and sanitary- Collaborate and work well with others; both FOH and BOH team members
- Adhere to all food handling and health & safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and back of house, including washing tableware, kitchen tools, etc.
- Disposing of waste & recycling
- Opening and closing duties as required
- Other duties as assigned
