Location/Division Specific Information
Pharma Analytics is part of BioProduction Group at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

We are seeking two aspiring sales professionals to cover:


  • Eastern to Central North America
  • Central to Western North America.
We offer a hybrid working arrangement with up to 2 days per week remote working.


How will you make an impact


In this role, you will directly impact our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer by focusing on selling a diverse product portfolio of instruments and consumables for the QA/QC and Process Analytics areas.

Join a robust and fast-growing Pharma Analytics business and work with our customers to reach their goals. Learn from the whole business and collaborate with internal partners while developing important strategic sales and relevant industry skills.


Bring Value

  • Utilize pharmaceutical analytics portfolio knowledge to present products and services for our customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal filed sales and external partners to deliver results
  • Prospect among new and active customers to generate leads and opportunities to expand the commercial funnel
  • Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentations and understanding goals, priorities, and challenges.
  • Coordinate with field teams to progress opportunities through the sales cycle and close or hand off sales
  • Document customer facing activities within our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Support pipeline management and sales tracking with the use of CRM system and other designated IT tools

How will you get here?

Education

  • Minimum College diploma or Bachelor's degree in any life science, Biology, Molecular Biology or Biotechnology field.

Role success profile

Experience

  • 1+ years experience in sales or customer service
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Proven track record to strategize and achieve results
  • Some laboratory experience is an asset
  • Proficiency with the English language
