Recruiter and HR Assistant - Cambridge, Canada - Canadian Health Care Agency
Description
Responsibilities
- Arrange and conduct interviews to determine suitability for the role.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new hires.
- Participating on different HR projects (ex: employer's banding, company development, etc.)
- Develop creative strategies and opportunities to improve our visibility for potential talents among local and regional communities including First Nations.
- Maintain the company's presence on various social media platforms.
- Participating in the creation and review of company policies.
- Occasionally participate on different recruitment events (job fairs, networking events, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Between 1 and 2 years of recruitment or sales experience.
- A background in health care or office administration is an asset.
- Exceptional and proven organization skills and problemsolving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute concurrent complex multistep tasks.
- Sense of initiative and innovation.
- Thinking «outside the box».
- Experience working with different ATS, HRIS system and Recruitment platform.
- Ability to work with Microsoft office suite (Word, PDF, Excel, outlook, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

From $20.00 per hour
