Description
Gold Leaf is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative officer to join our team.

As an administrative officer, you will be responsible for providing support to the daily operations of our company, with a focus on managing our company benefits and pension plan, as well as assisting with various Human Resources duties.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing company benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, and retirement plans
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to company benefits and pension plans
  • Liaising with external vendors and providers to ensure smooth administration of benefits and pension programs
  • Assisting with various Human Resources duties, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinating employee training and development programs
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Maintaining electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expenses

Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, with experience in managing employee benefits and pension plans preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws related to employee benefits and pension plans is preferred

Salary:
$40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
