Summary:
The Operations Coordinator will support the Senior Manager in overall administrative functions and operational efficiencies.


What you'll get to do:


  • Facilitate process implementation in support of various key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Facilitate obtaining updates from internal parties and maintain a current database on all regulatory noncompliance matters
  • Maintain a database on all details that pertain to fire life safety (including fire certification, fire monitoring, etc) and elevator licenses
  • Assist in administrating the service contract execution process
  • Administrate the onboarding and disposition of assets including but not limited to maintaining a master tracking chart, facilitating the transition of handover documentation, etc.

  • Upkeep and maintain with accuracy the various portfolio and contact charts for both internal and client use
  • Upon receipt of capital project notifications, input notice details into the appropriate template and distribute amongst PMCs, as well as filing copies within the internal database
  • Coordinate and support events such as the monthly, quarterly and semiannual meetings, including logistic support such as organizing invites, creating agendas, placing catering orders, etc.
  • Act as the central facilitator for client special requests, including but not limited to contract management and property audits

Who you are:


  • Post Secondary education
  • Experience in office management or an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Real Estate industry experience an asset
  • Ability to exceed internal and external expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communications
  • Excellent problem solving, time management and prioritization skills with an attention to detail

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
