Marketing Technology Specialist
The Marketing Technology (MarTech) Specialist brings significant specialization and expertise, operating across the division.

You will be responsible for leading marketing technology, automation, and digital marketing, as well as leveraging marketing to support business growth and development, as core components of the role.


What will you do?

MarTech Management

  • Leading the planning, acquisition, implementation, and management of marketing technology (MarTech) across the division, including:
  • Overseeing knowledge management and training of MarTech platforms.
  • Leading multiyear platform planning, roadmap development and lifecycle management.
  • Supporting division and corporate strategic planning by advising on MarTech options, considerations, and opportunities.
  • Monitoring and reporting on industry trends, best practices, and experimentations surrounding MarTech.
  • Producing formal documentation surrounding stakeholder/business requirements, technical specifications, project plans, status updates, and training procedures.
  • Managing integration of MarTech platforms and information related to customer experience management.
  • Managing MarTech vendor agreements and relationships.

Service Automation

  • Managing endtoend automation of ad content creation, media buying / management (budget allocation) and campaign reporting. o Leading automation of personalized omnichannel engagement across brand touchpoints and CRM platforms.
  • Automating social (online) listening, sentiment analysis, and issues flagging / management (leveraging tools, such as Sprout Social, Meltwater, Brandwatch, etc.).
  • Centralizing and automating dashboarding of campaign, channel, and customer analytics.

Digital Marketing

  • Collaboratively supporting websites under the division, including researching, creating, and publishing website content as well as developing and managing campaign landing pages (collaborating with the Interactive and Design Specialist / Partner).
  • Managing blog platforms and longform content strategy.
  • Collaborating with agencies to design and effectively execute digital campaign strategy.
  • Collaborating with Regional Marketing Managers, leading search engine optimization activities, including competitor analysis, search word assessment, keyword content integration, Google AdWords campaign management, A/B testing, and other activities.
  • Establishing and managing the structure of digital advertising and analytics accounts across the division.
  • Supporting regions with social media delivery (content strategy, growth, and reporting).

Business Growth and Development

  • Supporting the development of communication channels and content aimed at informing sales staff and partnering realtors.
  • Aiding the development of marketing assets aimed at supplementing throughout the sales process.
  • Contributing towards the development of realtor / sales incentives and promotions.
  • Supporting relationship management and development activities.
  • Taking part in the planning and selection of downstream performance measures.
  • Exploring insights and leading market indicators coming from the realtor community.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What do we look for?

  • Three to five years of marketing experience, with proficiency in areas of:
  • managing digital marketing;
- marketing technologies;
- and service automation.

  • Completion of a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing or a related field from an accredited postsecondary institution.
  • Experience in delivering welltailored guidance on marketing technology sourcing through to implementation, and operation.
  • Ability to manage a digital marketing budget and share resultsoriented recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills to collaborate within and across divisions.
  • Analytic skills to capture, integrate and report on customer insights
