POD Administrator - Sherwood Park, Canada - Caron Transportation Systems

We are looking for a POD Administrator at our Sherwood Park Terminal. This position works Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM.Process loads to coincide with driver and lease operator pay
Check trip reports and Billing documents
Forward paperwork to Head Office on a daily basis
Answer and assist with overflow calls
Monthly unit manual audits
Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, ordering and restocking of general office supplies, including trip reports, photocopy paper, log books, etc.
Update MSDS binders as directed through the Safety DepartmentPerform assigned tasks in accordance with quality and production standards required by Caron Transport and the industry as a whole
Contact customer for approval of additional charges
Assist in the completion of the dispatch order taking process
Participate in all safety related programs and education
Perform all other duties as assigned by
Our ideal candidate:
2+ years of related experience
Administrative Diploma or Certificate
Proficient with Microsoft office suite of products
Polite and professional attitude
High regard for safety
Reliable with a strong work ethic
