If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Training and Development Specialist, Deployment Support to contribute to deployed operations for the Canadian Armed Forces.
As a Training and Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journey for our civilian employees.
You'll be responsible for creating and delivering dynamic training programs that enhance skills, boost performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning within Deployment Support.
You will play a critical role of our learning and development efforts, ensuring that every aspect of our training programs run smoothly and efficiently.
From coordinating training schedules to managing resources, you will play a crucial role in facilitating a seamless learning experience for our civilian employees that will be deploying overseas to support the Canadian Armed Forces and partner nations.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses**College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Adult Training or a related field, AND several years of experience in training, or in a related field.
Experience
In planning and coordinating the delivery of training programs
In delivering training and development programs
In providing logístical support
In scheduling and organizing activities
In creating visual aids as support material for training courses
In conducting presentations
In making travel arrangements and travel claims procedures
In maintaining electronic and manual filing systems
Competencies
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
