Dotés d'une expertise inégalée en immunologie et présents en Amérique du Nord (côte Est et Ouest) et en Europe, Nexelis est l'un des principaux prestataires de services dans le domaine du développement et l'analyse de tests biologiques spécialisés en infectiologie, métabolisme, et cancérologie. Notre équipe polyvalente de scientifiques, munie de plateformes technologiques à la fine pointe du progrès a joué un rôle essentiel dans le développement, la qualification, validation de tests et leur utilisation en haut débit dans plus de 100 dossiers associés à l'approbation par la FDA de nouvelles entités moléculaires, comprenant des vaccins majeurs, des antiviraux et des produits d'immunothérapie, de thérapie génique ou cellulaire.

Vos principales responsabilités:

- Planifier et exécuter les expériences de laboratoire en suivant les instructions (PON)
- Suivre les procédures en place afin d'assurer la qualité et l'intégrité des résultats
- Analyser les résultats obtenus et les synthétiser au besoin
- Effectuer l'entretien et la calibration des instruments lorsque nécessaire
- Participer proactivement à toutes initiatives permettant l'optimisation des opérations, la satisfaction de nos clients et la croissance de l'entreprise

Ce que nous recherchons:

- Expérience pertinente dans le développement, la qualification, la validation et la résolution de problèmes, en lien avec les analyses en immunologie
- Au minimum un DEC en sciences biologiques avec plus de 3 ans d'expérience en utilisation de techniques en immunologie
- À l'aise dans des environnements à forte croissance
- Connaissance des bonnes pratiques de laboratoire clinique (GCLP) est un atout
- Expérience en industrie (CRO, Biopharma ou biotech)
- Bonne maîtrise du français;
- Connaissances suffisantes de l'anglais écrit et parlé afin d'être en mesure de bien comprendre les documents servant à l'exécution du travail et d'interagir avec nos clients majoritairement anglophones

Our versatile team of scientists, equipped with state-of-the-art technological platforms, has played an essential role in the development, qualification, validation of tests and their high-throughput use in more than 100 files associated with FDA approval. new molecular entities, including major vaccines, antivirals and immunotherapy, gene or cell therapy products.

Your main responsibilities:

- Plan and execute laboratory experiments following instructions (PON)
- Follow the procedures in place to ensure the quality and integrity of the results
- Analyze the results obtained and synthesize them if necessary
- Perform maintenance and calibration of instruments when necessary
- Proactively participate in all initiatives allowing the optimization of operations, the satisfaction of our customers and the growth of the company

What we are looking for:

- Relevant experience in the development, qualification, validation and problem solving related to immunology analyzes
- At least a DEC in biological sciences with more than 3 years of experience in the use of immunology techniques
- Comfortable in high growth environments
- Knowledge of good clinical laboratory practices (GCLP) is an asset
- Industry experience (CRO, Biopharma or biotech)
- Good command of French;
- Sufficient knowledge of written and spoken English in order to be able to fully understand the documents used to carry out the work and to interact with our mostly English-speaking clients
