Position Overview:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Operates a Glicensed delivery truck
Responsible for loading and unloading of orders supplies to customer
Ensure accuracy in product delivery
Responsible for general housekeeping of the delivery truck
Responsible for daily circle checks, completion of logs as required as per our transportation policy and procedures manual
Operates lift trucks, power walkies, pump trucks, and Order Picking machine
Communicates with warehouse staff and sales staff.
Reports information to the Operations Manager.
Responsible for maintaining a clean driver abstract and reporting any incidents or accidents that occur and advising of any changes in status to your abstract or license.
Involved with information that is primarily straightforward
Some problemsolving is required
Promptly report any delays due to breakdowns, weather or traffic conditions or other emergencies or in the event or irregularities relating to pickup of delivery or cargo
Maintains records for the purpose of documenting activities and providing reliable resource information
Verify product and accuracy with customers at locations
Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Completion of High School
G License Required
Clean Drivers Abstract
Ability to pass a security clearance (required to deliver to certain customers)
Forklift license is an asset
