Description

Your role as General Advisor - Road, Shop and Technical will be to ensure planning and support on the road, in the workshop and technical based on calls and requests from customers and our technicians. With a growth of nearly 191% in its turnover, you will collaborate with the Director of Operations Ontario and with the support of the technical department.

Your contribution to the company's success will include the following tasks:

Receive and respond to customer calls regarding service requests;
Ensure optimal customer service through telephone technical support in order to act as a resource person to solve the various mechanical, hydraulic and electrical problems of the equipment;
Plan works and projects according to priorities and availability (parts and labor);
Ensure business development with the aim of promoting the company and ensuring its growth;
Open and manage work orders, including invoicing;
Work in collaboration with the sales team to ensure excellent aftersales service;
Manage and optimize technicians' schedules;
Support and supervise technicians on the road and in the workshop;
Manage the fleet of mobile units (maintenance and repairs);
Collaborate in the management of the warranties of the various manufacturers.

What we look for in our future colleague:

Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics or electromechanics of automated systems;
Significant experience in similar functions;

Being bilingual (English

French) is an asset;
Stimulate through challenges and the search for solutions;
A good command of IT and management tools;

Ability to visualize equipment and a situation without having the machine in front of you;
Skilled communicator and mobilizing leadership;
Good ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
